What happens when we fit a car tracker?
Tell us the vehicle model, where it will be available and who should receive tracking access. We first check the power system and fitting location, then configure the tracker, SIM connection and authorised users. Before handover, we test live location, ignition events, a sample trip and the alerts included in your quote.
Our Kampala base is at Kabalagala Market, Shop 15B. For work elsewhere in Uganda, include the vehicle location in your request so we can confirm travel and scheduling.

What is included in a car tracking installation?

Can the same tracker work on a boda boda and a truck?
Not necessarily. Power systems, weather exposure, mounting conditions and the data needed by the owner differ. We assess the vehicle before recommending a device.
Will tracking work outside Kampala?
Location reporting depends on satellite reception, mobile-network coverage, power and the selected device. Tell us your normal routes so the proposed setup can be assessed for them.
Can I see trips and alerts on my phone?
Supported platforms provide mobile access for authorised users, including live location, trip history and configured alerts. Confirm the exact history and notification options in the quote.
